Go Green and Feel Better
It's time we go Green with our Health as well as our planet. Going Green has never felt better, and it's never been easier. I want to pass along some fantastic info about a product I use to Go Green with my health every day. For those of us trying to diet and lose weight, here is a clip from Mike Adams book Super Foods for Optimum Health: "In various clinical studies, micro-algae have been shown to be remarkably effective for weight loss. There are primarily two reasons for this: the correction of nutritional deficiencies, and the addition of GLA to the diet. On the nutritional deficiencies topic, obesity is the result of not only the over-consumption of calories, but more importantly, a dysfunctional endocrine system that results in the excess secretion of insulin and, subsequently, intense cravings for refined foods.
